Edge to Edge Quilting
These are repeating designs that cover the entire quilt from one edge to another. The cost of edge to edge quilting will range between 1 1/2 to2 1/2 cents per square inch. The closer together the quilting the more costly. Freehand Meandering is done by my hand guiding the machine over the quilt much as one would guide a pencil on paper to draw a design. Each quilt is unique as I hand draw with my machine to create these designs. Some examples of meandering designs are (click on thumbnail for larger image):
Pantographs are repeating designs that I hand guide the machine along to make a specific pattern. I have more than 50 pantographs to choose from. My collection includes pantographs from widely know designers and my own designs. I have sometimes designed a pantograph specifically for a customer request. Pantographs are copyrighted by the designers for limited use.
Meandering and Pantograph designs can be combined with border designs. The cost of the meandering or pantograph would apply to the square inches it occurs on and additional charge would be added for the border.
